Weekly Photo Dump 281012

Hello HelloSo. What’s been going on this week in CHaoS CastLE?Let’s see?
Got the 15” corset fully closed but am not happy with the caving in you can see here at the busk. ICK yuck. Remedy? Sure thing baby. I’m inserting a couple of big old steels in behind the busk. Will report back later. Caving busks is a no-no. Some is to be expected, as you see here, but to me it’s unacceptable. :-P
Pretzeling to get this photo was a joy :-P This was worn with the gap for about an hour before I shut her completely. :-)
I’d like to be under the sea in an octopus’s garden in the shade….okay. Someone at Farcebork said I had a messy garden. But it’s dinner okay? :-P Chargrilled octopus salad with Austrian Pumpkin seed oil and balsamic dressing…oh my yum!!!!
This week I found sheet rubber – on sale so I got 1/2 metre of it to play around with. It’s sort of advanced bicycle tyre repair – a lot of sanding and shizz. Making sure the edges are sealed. I also found a way to get the stench out of the rubber – neutralising the proteins that I am allergic to and binding them…using white vinegar. Brilliant!!! Anyway, I’ve just made one side so far to see if it’s worthwhile continuing. Yup. I’m going to make a short waist cincher that I can wear under my clothes… :-)

Getting the bones in, and more frikken sanding
WTF? I resurrected some old friends. I bought my first stereo in 1983. Here he is…
TEAC tape deck plays Black Sabbath
Only the stereo buffs would understand this. Acoustic Research speakers. Oh my. They sound so frikken amazing still. Better than anything they have on the market today. depth and warmth of sound…what is that in this digi age?
Having spent a few years in the tropics the wood covers began to come off…so I painted the outside of the boxes. Here is The Lizard King – Jim Morrison.

      Thank you :-D Sometimes I look back on work I’ve done and go “Wow, that’s really not that bad at all!” When at the time, I judged it all as being crap. I’m my own worst enemy, seriously. :-P

        That would only be due to the high standard we subject ourselves to. Best to let others judge and bath in the accolades, as the high you get is short lived. Then you have to wait for the next one and sometimes they are few and far between.

    The bit that really intrigues me is your openess and bubbly enthusiasm. You wear everything so well, you actually morph into the items and well it is just so nice to watch someone have so much fun bringing items to life! I must admit I’m a tragic when it comes to fetish wear. I just melt. But you take it to just such an enjoyable levell
